The accommodation

Chez Belette is located on a beautiful southwest facing hill, 5 minutes drive from the Lac d'Aiguebelette, renowned for its calm waters and rowing facilities. Many other activities are possible on the lake (paddle, canoeing, paragliding, etc.)
The accommodation, situated above the lake, is newly built (2017) and comprises, one large living space with kitchen area, dining and seating area, two bedrooms and a separate bathroom and separate toilets.  The heated swimming pool (salt based and not chlorine) is also accessible to the guests.

Pricing

Property available by the week all year round.

Low season €1000 / week (minimum 1 week)
High season €1200 / week (minimum 1 week)

Possibility of discount for longer stays.

The high season prices exclude bedding, towels, end of stay cleaning and the tourist tax.

A rental contract is drafted with the owners and the booking is confirmed after signature of the contract and reception of a 30% deposit.

Many activities are possible in the area: enjoy the lake, go for a walk up the old roman road, visit the local villages markets and many more.

We were very well received by Nicole and Claude, who are extremely kind and always available. The giteis very pleasant and very clean. There are all the necessary amenities to have a very good stay. The exterior and the pool are magnificent, ideal for a quiet vacation. Our little dog was welcomed like royalty. She also had a great vacation.

How to get there

  • From the A43 / E70, take EXIT 12, LAC D'AIGUEBELETTE
  • At the roundabout, take left and continue along the D41 towards AIGUEBELETTE-LE-LAC for 5 km
  • In AIGUEBELETTE-LE-LAC, take left just before the church and follow the road to the TV mast at the top
  • Take the dirt path on the left of the mast through the woods to the end where you will find the gate of the property.
